Do I remain the broker of record?

Yes, brokers using the OLxHub Platform remain the broker of record for all of their loads. As the broker of record, you maintain the direct relationship with shipper and carrier, and are responsible for all aspects of the customer relationship and shipment fulfillment
How does it work?

Through TMS integrations, broker’s loads are posted to the OLxHub Platform at no charge. The broker sets the max rate for their loads and the platform may suggect rate based on real-time market rate data. Transporters view the loads in the OLxHub app and accept rate & loads. After winning a bid, the transporter confirms the load and signs a transporter-broker agreement with the broker if they are new to the brokerage. The broker manages the active shipment. The OLxHub platform provides GPS tracking and load updates. The broker approves transporter payouts. Transporter is paid 50% of rate after loading Upon completing the shipment, the transporter uploads docs in the app. Transporters are paid balance within same-day or two-day via the OLxHub platform. The broker pays the OLxHub Platform within 30 days
