How do I book loads?

Booking loads through the OLxHub app is easy and fast. Once you’ve found a load that you’re interested in hauling, you’ll have the option to book it immediately at the posted rate or bid on the load with a rate that works for you.

How does it work and how do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

-Broker’s & shippers post loads through either TMS integrations or directly to the OLxHub Platform.

-Transporters view the loads in the OLxHub app and accept rate & loads.

-After winning a bid, the transporter confirms the load and signs a transporter-broker agreement with the broker if they are new to the brokerage.

-The broker manages the active shipment. The OLxHub platform provides GPS tracking and load updates.

-The broker approves transporter payouts

-Transporter is paid 50% of rate after loading via OLxPay™ (our digital payment system), Automated Clearing House (ACH), wire, Digital payments, or directly to your OLxHub fuel card.

-Upon completing the shipment, the transporter uploads docs in the app.

-Transporters are paid balance within same-day or two-day via the OLxHub platform, minus a transaction fee.

Roadside Assistance: How it works?

When you need help, you simply find the closest roadside service company through the OLxHub App, call the roadside assistance number and explain your situation, and they will send someone to assist you depending on the issue at hand.

Do I pay upfront for roadside assistance?

Accepted Answer

No, as long as the load was booked on OLxHub. After service has been rendered, roadside assistance company will generate an invoice and send it via the app and we pay them out of your remaining balance.

How a customs clearance works?

1. Submit your request through OLxHub marketplace: basic shipment details inluding port of entry, etc and upload required documents.
2. Online bidding and negotiations to make agreements quick and easy
3. After winning the bid your agent gets to work for you.
4. They will review your submission and notify you via OLxHub collaboration portal which has a WhatsApp integration, if any further documents or information are required.
5. They will continue to keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
6. Your agent will create your customs declaration and submit it.
7. Upon confirmed submission, OLxHub pays your agent 50% of rate.

Upon request OLxHub can make payments on your behalf in order to expedite the release of you cargo.

8. Once your clearance has been confirmed we pay your agent the remaining 50%.
